  • 2g Plaka jelatin

HAZIRLANIŞI

  1. Bir kaseye yumurta, şeker, süt ve vanilya özütünü koyun ve karıştırın.
  2. Hamur kasesini sıcak suya koyun ve bir çırpıcı ile karıştırarak sıcaklığı 53 dereceye yükseltin.
  3. El mikseri kullanarak hamuru çırpın. Zengin kabarcıklar göründüğünde, kahverengi tereyağı ekleyin ve çırpın. (Kahverengi Tereyağı: Tereyağı, kızarana kadar kısık ateşte pişirilir)
  4. Yumuşak unu eleyin ve karıştırın.
  5. Hamuru kalıba koyun, tavayı ince ve düz hale getirin ve ızgara işleviyle altın kahverengi olana kadar pişirin. (İlkinde 7 dakika, ikincisinde 3-4 dakika pişirdim~)
  6. Tekrar tekrar pişirdikten sonra soğuması için bir soğutma rafına yerleştirin.
  7. Bitter çikolata ve taze kremayı bir bardağa koyun ve mikrodalgada 40 saniye eritin, ardından ıslatılmış jelatin ekleyin ve karıştırın.
  8. (6) kekin üzerine dökün, bir spatula ile ince bir şekilde yayın ve buzdolabında yaklaşık 30 dakika sertleştirin.
